Kebabburgarlåda at Veggiebönan — Amanda's Review (Oct 10, 2025)

I had the chance to buy lunch from Veggiebönan yesterday since the food truck visited my town and I'm so happy it did.

I ordered this kebaburgarlåda (kebab burger box). I added the description of it as images, both in Swedish and English so I don't have to repeat it. I did choose to remove the feferoni (not sure what the translation is. On the menu it's feferon but according to Google it's peperoni chili 🤷🏼‍♀️).

It looks a little bland and beige because of the bread but it was SOOOO DELICIOUS!!
First of all the fries were fried by her and tasted delicious.

Then the burger omg so good. The buns are chickpea-oat bread that's soo good.
The patty was really nice and just how you want a bean burger to be in consistency, and the kebab flavouring made it extra delicious.

Some of the fillings in the burger was things I normally wouldn't put in a burger (like sundried tomatoes and the raw salad), but it worked so well.
The garlic sauce was really good and the red hot sauce added just a little bit of heat (on a good level even for me that doesn't really like spicy food).
The flavours and textures all just worked really well together, and created a delicious meal with a very fresh feeling to it.

It was also very filling, so I really felt like I got a lot for the money.
Lastly, I just want to add that the woman working in the food truck is super friendly and just brings a really good service. Really recommend this and will definitely buy more food from her whenever I get the chance 💖
