Spicy Vegan Ramen

This is exactly like their vegan ramen but with a lot more spice. And it was actually spicy for once!! I liked the sweet marinated tofu more in this version because it cut the heat well. The noodles here are the best of any ramen place I’ve tried so far, probably since they’re handmade.
