pad thai at Don Vegan Restaurant - 100% Vegan et Vegetarian - Wine Bar Cocktails — Manju Garg's Review (Oct 6, 2025)

We were vacationing in Quebec .
As rooming around we just spotted this restaurant vegan restaurant but they said they closed will open at 5 pm . It was our last day so we thought will come for dinner .
Restaurant has Nice decoration , vibrant wall paintings and I spotted Singapore 🇸🇬 logo as lion 🦁 sitting on top self .

As goggle it’s a first Vegan restaurant in Quebec and it’s the best one .

Here we came for dinner . After dinner I met the chef too . Very nice person . She is on instagram @ anmavegan - Anne Marie Grenier

We really enjoyed our food .
Ordered two soups dumplings 🥟 and Pad Thai .
All dishes were great tasty . Nice portion and nicely done .
As usually I Find Pad Thai sweeter for my taste but I added chilli sauce which enhances the flavors . Nice touch of lemon grass I loved ❤️ .
Tofu was nice as I told them to switch from fried tofu .
