I finally found the plant based Nutella (I found it at my local EKO store).
I used to be ADDICTED to Nutella in my early teens but haven't had it since I went vegan almost 10 years ago. So I was really excited.
I tried it and omg so good. I did feel it might have a little bit more chocolate flavour to it? Or my brain might confuse it with other vegan spreads, that's similar to Nutella, I've tried.
I tried it as it was at first and then on a sandwich...and when I had that first bite of the sandwich I was literally flooded with memories of eating Nutella when I was younger.
It had an aftertaste that I don't remember regular Nutella having...it's a bit nutty but mainly just an unspecified aftertaste that I often experience after eating vegan chocolate bars... that being said it's not at all a bad aftertaste it's an okay one.
All in all it's very good and might be some small differences but otherwise I would say this is like how I remember regular Nutella. Very smooth and delicious.
It's a bit expensive (can't remember the exact price but somewhere around 52-57SEK maybe) so def not smth I will buy that often but def once in a while!
