I trust this brand. A great silken tofu. I made a pasta sauce with this that turned out well. I am so happy that @woolworthssa have added this to their plans based range. I bought this from the Brooklyn Mall branch, which has a wide range of plant-based food items - thank you Brooklyn Woolworths!
Note: I am always confused by the 'uncooked' addendum of their tofu. Anyone who has made tofu at home knows that the tofu is slowly heated up first (cooked) and then the coagulant (lemon juice for us home cooks) is added and left to cool.
