Really enjoyed this ramen so much! The broth was super flavourful (a tad salty but not so much that it bothered me) and the noodles were so perfectly cooked (I chose medium firmness). Came with two big slices of eggplant and some fried enoki mushrooms and some carrots. I do wish there was tofu or some other good plant protein to make it a bit for filling and nutritious, but this was really good as is. Can’t wait to try the other vegan options!
