Honestly, I’m very surprised by how many accidentaly vegan cinnamon baked goods I’ve found in #lithuania recently!
This is the cinnamon swirl bread and it’s really good! Soft and sweet, but not too sweet. I created this dessert where I sliced one portion in half, added some apples with peanut butter between them and put in the microwave until the apples got soft. It was like a nice apple pie, which doesn’t require baking.
