During a rare trip to Healthy Planet, I came across this bottle of Califia Farms Coffee Whitener with Almond Beverage - French Vanilla flavour. The store was having a store-wide sale, but I wasn’t sure if this particular product was on sale. The price was $6.99. I love Califia Farms products and French Vanilla flavour, so I had to get it.
This coffee whitener adds a wonderful flavour to my coffee and it indeed whitens my coffee (as it should). I have found that other brands of flavoured coffee creamers don’t whiten my coffee as much as they flavour my coffee. But this particular whitener does a very good job of balancing both.
I have to admit, though, that I enjoyed sampling the whitener directly from the bottle more than it being in my coffee. But I’m not complaining.
I wish the price was a little cheaper, but I’m glad it exists. It’s another option for vegans and those who are lactose intolerant or just simply curious to try something new.
I would buy this again.
