Firm tofu with zero flavour, which honestly makes it super easy to use. You can throw it into pretty much anything, I dropped it into a beetroot soup and it held up great. Texture’s solid but not chewy, doesn’t fall apart in hot stuff. It’s vegan and has calcium, so that’s a win. Comes in a plastic tray with a film lid the tray’s widely recyclable in the UK, and the film can be recycled at larger supermarket collection points. Made in the Netherlands 🇳🇱
