Fried Beancurd With Thai Chilli Sauce

This was better than I expected! I thought the sauce might be too sweet but the flavours were really balanced and the fried beancurd soaked up all the sauce, making for a really juice and tasty bite. The fresh garnish added a nice crunch as well.
