Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen at Jinya Ramen Bar — Sarah's Review (Sep 21, 2025)

Such a delicious ramen dish! The broth had such a good flavor, though it wasn’t spicy at all. I added some of the hot sauce on the table to make it spicy and give it more heat. The tofu was really soft and I loved the crunchy onions. The noodles were also cooked really well (they’re the wavy kind). Very filling!
