This smørrebrød is absolutely incredible: Crispy parsnip “fish" fillet on ryedbread with remoulade, vegan caviar, salad, #dill & #lemon. The fried #fish was crazy similar to the actual fish, both in taste and texture, and its crunchiness and oiliness was perfectly balanced by the dry bread and the sauce. 5⭐️ out of 5
