Vegan ‘Chicken’ Maki at Gems - Sushi Bar & Cafeteria — Hide the peas🌱's Review (Sep 17, 2025)

These were pretty good, I’ve eaten a lot of vegan sushi and never seen chicken offered before so I had to try them (I think they used breaded beyond chicken)!

The sauces were nice (I think sriracha mayo and teriyaki sauce) however they did make it hard to taste the chicken so it ended being there for the texture really…
The wasabi was nicer than most I’ve been served
