This was a vegan Maltese platter consisting of salad, olives, capers, sundried tomatoes, artichoke, parsley and garlic butter beans (Fażola bit-Tewm u t-Tursin) with chilli added and Maltese broad beans dip (Bigilla) served with Galletti (water biscuits)

This was nice and tasted fresh (other than the bitter artichoke)!
The capers were particularly good, I think they shallow fried them which I hadn’t had before!
The bigilla wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but nice still

This would be hugely improved in my opinion if they sourced or made peppered cheeselets (I am nut ok in the UK make some cashew based cheese with pepper which tastes very similar to Ġbejniet Tal-Bzar) to add to the Maltese theme more
