When vegan-by-mistake products change up their ingredients, I always get nervous because more often than not they add dairy. 😡

Thankfully, this isn’t the case with my favourite whole wheat bread!!! *phew*

Cultured sweet potato sounded super intriguing. The formula change hasn’t resulted in much of a taste or texture change. It’s just as soft and moist as before. Toasts up well too.

I had it with my stash of thokkus and pickles first. But yesterday I did something different. I had a bit of leftover sambar from Sunday’s brunch, so toasted up the bread, broke it into rough squares and poured sambar all over it. Yum! 🤤
