This flavor combination for coffee always sounded weird to me, but I finally tried it and wonder why I waited so long! Lavender and raspberry flavors with espresso, oat milk, and topped with an amazing raspberry cloud foam, finished with blue and purple sparkles. So pretty and so tasty!
If you're in Columbus, I highly recommend this coffee truck. It's a queer-owned worker cooperative that is passionate about the community and so kind and welcoming. Plus their seasonal lattes are amazing, and they have the best vegan PSL in town. They also offer baked goods from Happy Little Treats including donuts, pop tarts, and chocolate croissants. 😋
