For Christmas, my incredibly thoughtful sister got me 12 vegan chocolate bars (8 varieties). I was so blown away and happy. Although I had already tried a few of them, most were new to me as I’m not sure where to get vegan chocolate bars in Toronto. Plus, I really don’t eat a lot of chocolate bars, even in my pre-vegan days (hence my eating this chocolate now in September, 8-9 months after receiving it last December). My sister had given me a few Galaxy bars.
I absolutely loved the taste of this Galaxy bar. The taste and texture of this wonderful dairy-free chocolate is very evident in every bite. The chocolate bar is made smooth with hazelnut paste. The lack of dairy is not noticeable. In other words, if you didn’t know this chocolate bar was vegan, the taste wouldn’t give it away. 
I don’t know where she got this chocolate bar (other than somewhere in New York State, where she lives) and I don’t know the cost. Like many other vegan items, there was probably a premium in the price. 
I would get this bar again, not only because it’s delicious, but because this item has to sell for Galaxy to be incentivized to continue making it.
