This is a ready mix: you add the right amount of hot water, leave it for 15 minutes, then you create little balls and fry.
I fried each side for just a couple of minutes (yes they were not very round, on purpose) then I completed their preparation in a closed pan with veggies and spelt cooked in the meantime, and left all closed to slowly finish cooking.
Very good!
