Salted Fish Brinjal at D'life Signature 蔬品軒 — merlaw's Review (Sep 11, 2025)

The #saltedfish in this dish tastes uncannily like the real thing! I’m really not sure how they did it but the texture and flavour is on point. Personally, I’ve never liked salted fish as it’s too salty for me. This was very salty too. The #brinjal texture was good and well cooked. Tasty dish overall.
