As we were traveling in Nevada Lake Tahoe stopped by at beach . To grabbed some beers 🍺 and cheese to enjoy and relaxing time went to market place . I spotted this cheese 🧀 . I thought it would be soft and solid cheese .
As I open it was soft and creamy . Wow .
Luckily I had some Indian mathari ( home made crackers ) I enjoyed eating with that .
This cheese is creamy , with lot of turmeric taste and cashews. .. great taste my husband liked it matters when he likes Vegan products . 🥰 and doesn’t know it’s Vegan .
I would buy in NY if it is available or I can try to make my own .
