Mushroom Fajita Tacos - they have a vegetarian and vegan version so specify vegan.  

Two grilled soft flour tortillas filled with roasted chipotle lime mushrooms, sauteed bell peppers and onions, seasoned brown rice, feta cheese, and lime crema finished with cilantro and scallions. Served with a side of street corn salad. 
*Vegan without the feta and lime crema. Gluten free with soft corn tortillas.
