Yuzu Toufu

New Fut Kai Vegetarian Restaurant

This was a delicious and unique dish, with reconstructed toufu and delicious mayo and sesame sauce with yuzu and cashew nut toppings. I think the sweetness of the cream could have been reduced but this was still a tasty dish!
