Bought this on my annual pilgrimage to the #brisbane #veganexpo. Pipps’s Pantry is on the other side of town so I always take the opportunity to try some treats when see her stalls. This #banoffeepie did not disappoint. Creamy, with a toffee mousse and a crisp pastry shell - I planned to eat half now and half later but after the first bite I didn’t stand a chance. 💯 recommend ❤️
