This was absolutely delicious! I started by cutting up the cake and pan-frying it until it got nicely crisp. Then I added garlic, chai poh (preserved radish), scrambled tofu, spring onions, and a mix of seasonings. The result was full of flavor, with crispy bits that gave the carrot cake a great texture.
