Still one of the best salads I’ve had at a chain that’s a vegan option. I appreciate all of the different veggies in it and pop of flavor!

Lettuce: Baby and butter lettuce tossed in balsamic vinaigrette and whole grain mustard
Quinoa: Cooked quinoa tossed with olive oil, salt, and pepper…and farro…
Nuts and seeds: sunflower seeds
Veggies: Avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red beets, green beans, and asparagus
Beans: Garbanzo beans
Dressing: Balsamic vinaigrette
