Seitanschnitzel mit Kartoffelmajonnaisesalat

Stiftskeller Sankt Florian

An amazing seitan schnitzel. Usually served with a potato-mayo salad, but I exchanged it for fries.

It is an amazing interpretation of a classic schnitzel. The crust is really good. I feel they can even leave the sesame seeds, but I certainly don't mind them.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and half of the menu is vegan. Like literally 50%
