pho rice noodle soup at Just Vegan — oskarvin's Review (Aug 22, 2025)

Just had the vegan pho at Just Vegan and wow, it was beautiful. The broth was light but packed with flavour, exactly the kind of comforting taste you want from a pho. The mushrooms, fresh basil, and bean sprouts gave it that fresh crunch and depth, while the noodles soaked everything up perfectly.

What I really enjoyed was how nourishing it felt — simple, wholesome, and satisfying without being heavy. A proper plant-based pho that actually feels like the real deal. I’d 100% come back for this 🌱
