This plant based schnitzel is so tasty (and high in protein at around 20g per serving) and gets a lovely crispy outer layer when air fried according to package instructions. I had it with some homemade vegan carbonara style pasta (swipe to second photo) and the schnitzel complemented it so well! Pity I’ve never seen this brand in SG (my partner brought these from Perth), though I do hope they bring it here soon!
