pizza personalizzata at Pizza Gourmet Giuseppe Vesi — Giusi's Review (Aug 19, 2025)

I don’t remember the name of this pizza, but they don’t have vegan pizza on their menu so I modified one removing the cheese. This was with squash puree, tomato, escarole, another greens called friarielli and a very big amount of fried courgettes. It’s a really good pizza. The dough is perfect. Very high quality of the ingredients. But this pizza needs at least vegan cheese to be a solid 8/10
