I have bought several of Millsie’s (formerly known as Spread’Em) cheesies and they’ve all been superb. My heart belongs to their truffle & onion seed but this meadow herb & garlic is an easy second place. Managed to get it at Choices for $7.99 which is INCREDIBLE value!!
The flavour is rich but not overpowering and the dried flowers along the spine (not pictured by me) are a lovely touch. Spread’Em can often be found at Farmer’s Markets - was able to sample a lot of their cheeses and spreads and Kitsilano’s Sunday Market this summer ☀️
Who needs the enforced labour of a goat, sheep, or a cow when cheese can be this good?
