This is the only commercially made whole wheat bread I like! While all the others get dry or chewy, this one has a good texture that keeps it feeling fresh.
They’ve done a good job of keeping the texture soft and fluffy without adding dough conditioners and other unpronounceable ingredients.
The price, at INR 65, is only a tiny bit more than other packaged breads and it’s totally worth it.
I usually order this 350g loaf on Swiggy Instamart. They usually have a fresh stock and sell it at a couple of bucks off.
Made three types of toast this time: garlic-maple-pepper, crunchy burnt garlic-chilli flakes, sambar powder. Added salt and EVOO to all of them.
