It’s like #nutritionalyeast but in a different shape 🤨
Advertised as a probiotic and a source of B vitamins and protein.
Tried a few pearls at my friends house - crunchy but has less flavor than the flakes that I use. At first it seems cheap (4€ for 100g), but yeast makes only 60% of these flakes (other infredients are rice flour, lecithin, calcium).
