Lotus Vegetarian Restaurant

Pretty unique and yammy dish. The yams were cooked to a nice soft mash.  In a thick starchy gravy.  With carrots, black fungus, ginkgo and snow peas. What a lovely combo.  #yam #ginkgo #gingko #taro #claypot
