Avocado Toast at The Forklift — Sarah's Review (Aug 14, 2025)

Massive avo toast for brunch! They actually have a handful of vegan options here which is nice. This toast had “Sprouted nine-grain toast, pickled onions, arugula, radish, pepitas, saba, served with a quinoa salad of fresno chiles, black beans, scallions, tomatoes”. I ate every bite, including the quinoa and I really don’t like quinoa so that’s really saying something. The toast was so good it was like having a huge salad piled on top of it. Best eaten with a fork and knife haha.
