Tabouli Salad at Norma's — Sarah's Review (Aug 14, 2025)

If you like parsley, this is the salad for you. It’s made up of chopped parsley, diced tomatoes and onions, cracked bulgur wheat and spices with an olive oil and lemon juice dressing. It’s got a tart flavor to it between the parsley and lemon, but tastes really fresh. It’s nice to pair with all the other things hummus, falafel, and vegan shawarma to round out your meal!
