The last dish we split at @jacobnewstar 's Bday dinner were these Chilaquiles. This plate was filled with tortilla chips, salsa roja, topped with cashew cheeze, queso, birria “beef,” housemade remoulade, fresh #avocado, scallions, and parmesan. These were so good and I really loved the different flavors. It did have a kick if spice, but nothing too spicy. The chips did get a little soggy, but they still tasted delicious. I love $2's housemade cashew. It has the best texture for #vegan cheese!
