A new find at Edinburgh Airport! This mango and passionfruit cheesecake is delicious and perfectly juicy. The taste reminds me of tropical flavour yoghurts. The only downside, for me, is that the passionfruit seeds added an unexpected crunch.

This seems to be a new item at Caffè Nero and costs £4.25.

Bonus points for the very friendly staff who ensured that my hot chocolate was 100% plant-based and the dishes it was handled in were cleaned! :D
