Vegan soup at Ombra Caffe & Louge Bar — Coenraad's Review (Aug 3, 2025)

The chef got this almost right - several different vegetables made up the soup, and the consistency and textures were good, but not a lot had been done about seasoning, the soup was quite bland. We solved it ourselves: we'd been given chilli sauce with a different dish, and putting some of that in the soup made it as good as it could have been when leaving the kitchen.
