Gem in Jacksonville! Sweet Theory is amazing. Hubby took me there this morning for breakfast and I couldn't decide so had to get several this. Pink one is the Homer donut and then just a classic glazed donut, cinnamon roll, and a lemon loaf ( bottom as I didn't get a picture before eating the lovely icing). Have to try it in the area. 
Also got an amazing vanilla oat latte 😍
