Edamame, Seaweed and Veg at Ichiban Buffet — Jessica's Review (Aug 1, 2025)

The edamame is the best thing about this plate. The peas pop up easily and are served fresh and cool. The seaweed lacked flavor. The vegetables were cooked thoroughly but in something that I will not try again (aka very questionably vegan). #buffet
