Sausage And Mash

Dunollie Hotel - 'A Bespoke Hotel'

The dish was okay. The sausages were an alternative to Cumberland sausages and there are definitely better Cumberland sausages alternatives to the ones they used, but it was fine. The seasonal vegetables were a little tasteless but the mash was nice.
