Bakad potatis med lunneröra at Runda Gummans Glada Mat — Amanda's Review (Jul 30, 2025)

Amazing!
I visited the foodtruck Runda Gummans Glada Mat again while visting Öland and just like last time it was amazing.
Last time I ordered a baguette but this time I opted for a baked potato.

The baked potato was topped with A LOT of lunneröra (it's like skagenröra but called lunneröra since all her mixtures are named after birds). It was also served with some carrots and lettuce.
It was an amazing meal and very filling, I really felt like I got a lot of food for the money.

The woman who owns the food truck is a sweet older lady that's really friendly and it makes me happy to support her.
She even gave my brother and I some sweets for desert 💖


IMPORTANT NOTE: If someone reads this and thinks about visiting. It's a food truck and this is the old address (I tried adding the new and was told it was added but it wasn't 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️) so she's at a new address this year. This year she's located in Runsten and the exact address is available on her Instagram.
