This wasn’t listed on the menu as having a vegan option, but it did say it was vegetarian and could be made dairy-free. I asked the waitress and she confirmed the dairy-free option was vegan.

I’m glad it was because I really enjoyed this unique salad! It had millet, arugula, and popped sorghum. The flavours were rich and nutty, and it was a nice little portion. Paired well with an IPA!
