We visited Gemello Pizza to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary and chose the Nano combo, which includes three mini vegan pizzas and some sides like pickled vegetables and olives.
The pizzas were excellent — full of flavor and clearly made with care. Unfortunately, the pickled cauliflower had an overpowering vinegar taste that threw off the balance of the meal a bit. My husband was especially disappointed because he had asked for the dessert menu and no one brought it to us. After waiting, he gave up and paid the bill without dessert — not ideal on such a special day.
Even so, I want to highlight that the staff was kind, respectful, and very courteous, which made a difference. The atmosphere was pleasant, and with a bit more attentiveness, this spot could easily become a go-to for vegan celebrations.
