Had an unique experience at Ramsays Street Burger in Edinburugh with that vegan smashed burger made of mushroom patty’s and a wonderful vegan brioche bun. The fries had a perfect crunch and were juicy as hell.

Unfortunately the choice of sauces you could pick from has been a little disappointing since most of them were not vegan.

The service, as well as the consulting regarding the vegan ingredients, were very good.
