Champiñones. Ideales para potaje, cualquier revuelto con tofu o verduras. También los uso para hacer wraps. Si puedes comer unos 30 g al día de setas u hongos, es perfecto para tu salud.

Mushrooms. Ideal for stews, any scramble with tofu or vegetables. I also use them for wraps. If you can eat around 30 g of mushrooms daily, it's great for your health.
