Omg the separation in this #nutbutter was mental. It was basically a thick base of #macadamia mush with some oil floating on top, until I attacked it with a butter knife 😆 Not particularly sweet, and you definitely get the flavour of the original nuts. I grew up thinking I liked macadamia, until my mum broke it to me that my favourite macadamia nut brittle ice-cream was nothing like the real macadamia nut 😥
