🇲🇽 You don’t ever see a vegan version of #mexican style #enchiladas in Europe so I had to jump at the opportunity to try these. It was a massive portion and easily could have been shared by two which makes the £19.90 price tag easier to stomach. My only critique is it was full of #jalepeno. 🌶️The slaw was a jalepeno slaw and then there were more jalepenos on top of the enchiladas which I took off. It was fun to have the crispy crunchy tortilla slices to contrast the creamy🫘 #refriedbeans #guacamole 🥑and enchilada full of smoky pulled protein. It had a cheese sauce over the top too. Mildred’s is a 🌱 #veganrestaurant chain in London. The food is exceptional so I’d love to try everything on the menu. It’s a bit pricey but the place is beautiful with great service. They have a Korean fried Chick’n burger to die for. I’ll be back for sure and really need to try more of their menu. #saveveganrestaurants
