Sashimi de Betabel at Bigan — marimari's Review (Jul 14, 2025)

Guys I really try so hard to love this restaurant but it just never cuts it for me in the end. It seems like every dish they make is drowned in lemon juice 😩 after learning that lesson the hard way last time with the “Tiraditos” we thought this time we’d be safe ordering the sashimi since traditional sashimi is served plain without any sauces/juices. Wrong. This is prepared the exact same way as the tiraditos in a bed of straight lemon juice. 😭. I couldn’t eat more than a few bites because it’s too overpowering
