I have been SLEEPING on this! I have seen this cheeze at a couple of stores several times over the years and I wanted to try so bad but I was worried I wouldn’t like it. Omg, it’s soooo good! This one is creamy and smooth. I love getting a little knife and slicing pieces off the block and snacking on the cheeze that way. I also love shredding it for Mexican dishes. It’s only mildly spicy. I wouldn’t mind a bit more heat. Just a little though. When I shred it I barely notice the heat.
